Dissolve one portion of the product in 300 ml of water and set aside for a moment to allow the ingredients to dissolve completely in water. Consume before, after and / or during exercise. An additional portion can be used whenever the body needs amino acids, e.g. every 3 hours if leucine was not delivered with food at that time.
