Creatine supplements are used by athletes, bodybuilders, wrestlers, sprinters, and others who wish to gain muscle mass. The Mayo Clinic states that creatine has been associated with asthmatic symptoms and warns against consumption by persons with known allergies to creatine.
Recommended useup to 20 g a day for 5 days. Maintenance dose: 8 - 10 g a day. The preparation should be taken regularly for 4 - 6 weeks. After 6 weeks a 3 - 4 weeks long break should be introduced. 1 teaspoonful contains 5 g of the preparation.
Ingredients
Creatine monohydrate, anti-caking substance: magnesium carbonate, vitamins (L-ascorbic acid, nicotinic acid amide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, retinyl acetate, cholecalciferol, calcium D-pantothenate, hydrochloride pyridoxine, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotin, phylloquinone, cyanocobalamin). The product may contain trace amounts of soya beans, wheat and nuts.
Warning: A sediment may occur which does not affect the quality and effect of the product.
